Safety Rules

Socks are required by ALL visitors. Please place your shoes in the cubbies upon entrance to the play area.

Parents are responsible for their children while at Giggles and Grins. We are NOT a drop-in childcare facility. Please DO NOT leave your child unattended.

Food and beverages from the birthday parties must be consumed in the party room ONLY.

There is absolutely NO food or drink allowed past the entrance to the play area.

Report any medical conditions that may hinder your child’s enjoyment of our facility.

Giggles and Grins does not recommend and  is not responsible for anyone (adult or children) playing or on the property with any prior injuries.

All children entering Giggles and Grins must be accompanied by an adult.

Sick children will not be allowed admittance.

Wristbands must be worn by all Walk-In customers while playing.

Be mindful of our youngest guests. Do not run or jump over them!

Remove all sharp/loose articles of clothing before entering the play area.

Please keep all valuables with you. Giggles and Grins is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Giggles and Grins reserves the right to remove guests who do not follow our Safety Rules. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

These rules are meant to keep everyone safe, and will help ensure a positive play experience for all guests and visitors. Thank you!
